But the honest truth is that the 2002 has no issues, so I might as well keep it (I bought it new). I bought this year and half ago (stored it last winter) in thoughts of replacing my 2002 S60 AWD (non-R model). I have the service records since it was new. The AWD is functioning properly.2) Installed new front (Brembo) rotors and Meyle pads3) I had the 18" Pegasus wheels restored.4) Had new Continental DWS tires installed (less than 5000 miles on these)5) Replaced the top engine mount.6) Replaced the Spark Plugs7) New fuel cap and fuel door hinge and spring I bought the car with 71k miles and it now has ~78k.

The DEM (Differential Electronic Module) software was corrupted, so I sent the module out for repair.
I have done the following in the year I have owned the car: 1) Repaired the AWD. The screen does come up and turn on, but the disc can not be read. I believe it is due to the alarm module that needs replaced.3) The car does have the factory navigation. The Bad (Hard to find anything real bad):1) The cup holder lid is broken in the console2) Moonroof is not operating. The Good:1) The interior is about as good that you will find with Atacama.2) Mileage is ~78k, getting hard to find them with that mileage3) Harder to find color combo.4) Pretty complete service history5) No faults showing, runs and drives great6) Wont see another one while you are driving it around. I bought the car from the original (elderly) owner. This is the fairly rare Flash Green color with the fairly rare Atacama (Orange) leather interior. I've gotten more complements on this car than I can count, and I hate to see it go, but I have no use for it anymore. This is a clean, fast car, it's a blast to drive, and has been well taken care of.
New clutch, slave cylinder, and flywheel installed just a few weeks ago (cost $2500), as well as front lower control arms and front pads and rotors within the year. makes about 420hp (stock is 300) at 22lbs of boost. This car is not stock, it has a front mount intercooler, ARD billet compressor wheel, ARD Kevlar tune, turbo back OBX exhaust, Snabb downpipe, AEM water methanol injection, iPD vent mounted boost gauge, iPD polyurethane motor mounts, iPD HD turbo control valve, short throw shifter, headlight wiper delete, ebiach lowering springs, wheel spacers, 6000k hid's and matching fogs, etc. I have a clean 2005 S60r, about to hit 90k miles, 6spd, Titanium Grey Metallic and Nordkap blue interior, 18" Pegasus wheels, and 17" Borbet wheels with Dunlop snow tires are included.
